As business owners ourselves, we reached the point where UK hiring costs were limiting growth, reducing flexibility, and making increasingly difficult to scale efficiently.

We explored outsourcing as an alternative, initially using freelance virtual assistants and outsourcing providers – but quickly found that neither delivered the consistency, accountability, or integration required to support a growing UK business. Most solutions felt transactional, poorly managed, and disconnected from how UK businesses actually operate.

So, instead of relying on traditional outsourcing providers, we built and embedded a dedicated offshore learn in India to operate as a seamless extension of our UK business with clear processes, accountability, and performance standards.

That team remains with us today.

After proving the model internally, we began helping other UK businesses build offshore teams using the same approach – and quickly saw the demand for a more transparent, better-managed offshore staffing solution.
